About the Role You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, working across multiple sites and managing internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
This role suits a hands-on Project Manager who is confident operating in live construction environments and can balance strong commercial outcomes with safety leadership.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the planning and delivery of projects from award to completion
- Manage programme, budget, resources, and procurement to achieve project outcomes
- Coordinate supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple sites
- Proactively manage risks, variations, and project changes
- Ensure compliance with Australian WHS legislation, SWMS, and project requirements
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery
- Work closely with estimating and commercial teams to maximise performance
- Identify and implement efficiencies across project delivery
What We’re Looking For We are targeting high-performing Project Managers with proven experience in civil construction environments.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects
- Experience in sectors such as roads, utilities, infrastructure, or non-residential construction
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects or complex packages
- Strong commercial acumen and cost control capability
- Solid understanding of health & safety practices (UK HSE knowledge transferable; WHS training provided)
- Confident leader who can drive accountability on-site
- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (preferred)
- Clean police criminal history check
