We currently have vacancies in our Crewe home supporting our amazing individuals alongside an established team in the heart of the town. Previous experience isn't necessary as full training is provided.
As an Adult Support Worker at Wood Cottage, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and/or complex needs. Your role is to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing, enabling individuals to live fulfilling lives within a safe and supportive environment.
Hours consist of earlies, lates, double and some weekends as part of a rotating staff team.

This position is exempt from the ‘Rehabilitation of Offenders act 1974’ and as such the successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced/with child/adult barred/Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
