Primary Teaching Assistant – KS1 & KS2

• Contract: Full-time
• Salary: £95 a day

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated Primary Teaching Assistant to join our nurturing school environment. This role involves supporting learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping pupils reach their full potential.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support pupils in literacy, numeracy, and other classroom activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to help reinforce learning.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Help set up and organise learning resources and materials.
• Encourage pupil confidence and engagement, fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working in a primary school or similar educational setting.
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to challenges.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and child welfare principles.
• Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
