Business Development Manager

Location: West Sussex (fully remote with regular UK-wide travel to customer sites)

Salary/Package: Up to £55,000 + Commission + Car Allowance (OTE £65,000+ Year 1, uncapped)

A market-leading electronic component services provider is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the UK.

This is a pure hunter role, focused almost entirely on new business generation, not account management.

The role

• Target and win new customers requiring electronic component solutions
• Own the full sales process from prospecting through to closing
• Deliver solutions across PCBA, kitting, and component distribution
• Engage with multiple sectors including aerospace, automotive, medical, industrial, and telecoms
• Collaborate internally to deliver tailored, technically sound proposals

The ideal candidate

• A natural new business hunter with a passion for winning
• Experience within:
• Contract Electronics Manufacturing (CEM)
• PCB manufacturing
• Electronics/component distribution
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
