As Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of corporate clients while supporting Partners in delivering both compliance and advisory services.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients and overseeing the compliance process
• Supporting Tax Partners in delivering advisory projects to existing and prospective clients
• Identifying opportunities to expand services and contribute to business development activities
• Managing workflow planning and ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard
• Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
• Attending client meetings and acting as a trusted adviser
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing members of the tax team
• Conducting appraisals and supporting the professional development of junior staff
• Carrying out technical research into complex areas of tax legislation
• Ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional looking to take on a strategic and client-facing leadership role within a progressive firm.

The ideal candidate will be CTA, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified (or equivalent) and will have gained strong corporate or mixed tax experience within an accountancy practice environment.

Key requirements include:

• Previous Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax experience in a similar role within practice
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation
• Experience managing client relationships and handling advisory work
• Ability to research and interpret complex tax matters
• Proven people management and mentoring experience
• Commercial awareness and strong business development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with clients across multiple sectors would be advantageous
