We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Optical Assistant to become part of a stylish and modern team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and luxury eyewear styling.

The Role

As an Optical Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a premium customer experience by:

• Meeting and greeting customers with exceptional service
• Carrying out pre-screening eye health checks
• Ensuring a smooth handover to the Optometrist
• Dispensing luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses
• Providing personal styling advice across glasses, sunglasses, and accessories
• Fitting and repairing spectacles
• Supporting with contact lens teaches
