An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Coventry Education team, supporting a well-established and high-performing primary desk. This desk has a warm and loyal customer base across local primary schools and plays a key role in delivering high-quality staffing solutions to the community.

You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, backed by experienced leaders and surrounded by specialist consultants across the wider region, giving you access to shared expertise, strong networks, and cross-specialism collaboration.

Your New Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Coventry Education team, you'll focus on supporting local primary schools with their qualified primary teaching recruitment needs. This is a fast-paced and rewarding market where your ability to identify and engage niche, high-quality candidates will be essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and nurturing partnerships with both new and existing primary schools and candidates.
• Delivering outstanding service to your portfolio of customers.
• Sourcing and engaging qualified primary teachers, including those in hard-to-find subject or skill areas.
• Managing the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering successful candidates their new roles.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with schools and candidates.
• Confidence and energy to thrive in a high-paced environment.
• Experience in sourcing niche or specialist candidates, ideally within education or another skills-short market.
