Teacher of Geography (A-Level)

A well-regarded Jewish secondary school in Bushey is seeking a committed and knowledgeable Geography Teacher, with the ability to teach A-Level Geography, to join their team on a permanent basis from September.

The Role

• Teaching Geography at KS4 and A-Level
• Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
• Monitoring progress and preparing students for examinations
• Taking on Form Tutor responsibilities
• Contributing positively to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Confident teaching A-Level Geography
• A clear and confident communicator who builds positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Organised, reflective and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
• ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply and will be well supported

• Fridays are half days, offering an excellent work–life balance
