The Role As a Client Services Executive, you will support Account Managers and play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience from order through to delivery.
This is a highly organised, detail-focused role where you will gain exposure to both client management and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client communication with professionalism and accuracy
- Overseeing order processing, stock control, and system updates
- Coordinating bespoke garment production (branding, embroidery, customisation)
- Tracking logistics, shipping, and delivery schedules
- Supporting Account Managers and wider project delivery teams
- Ensuring all client requirements are delivered to a premium standard
About You This role is designed for a candidate in their second professional role who is ready to elevate their career.
You will likely have:
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, retail, admin, or similar roles
- A strong interest in fashion, apparel, textiles, or premium product environments
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident, professional client communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, structured environment
