Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy Sutton Coldfield office. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, customer interaction, and working as part of a collaborative team.

In this role, you’ll provide essential support across customer service, order management, and internal coordination, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Temporary role for 1 year, 9am-5pm, paying £15.


Main Responsibilities

  • Managing and processing customer orders through SAP systems
  • Coordinating deliveries and supporting logistics planning
  • Responding to customer and partner queries via telephone and email
  • Updating and maintaining customer account information and internal databases
  • Handling returns, complaints, and credit note administration
  • Supporting the UK sales team and liaising with internal departments
  • Assisting with additional team projects and administrative duties when required

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has previous experience within an office, administration, or customer service environment
  • Has a positive, self-motivated attitude and enjoys taking initiative
  • Communicates confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues
