This is a confidential opportunity with an established insurance business operating at the top end of the London insurance market. They already handle large, complex clients. What they're looking for now is a Client Service Director who can take those relationships further while building a team capable of operating at the same level.
You'll take ownership of key strategic clients across the UK, many of them complex, multi-stakeholder insurance programmes. Alongside that, you'll build and lead a team of Account Directors in London, setting the standard for how high-value client relationships are managed and grown.
This isn't a pure leadership role. You'll still be close to the market. Visible with clients. Actively involved in winning and developing business across the London insurance space.
