**Management Accountant** North Yorkshire - Hybrid 

I am delighted to be helping a PE backed business in search for a commercially minded Management Accountant. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with the stakeholders, shaping processes as the business  scales and turning numbers into insight that genuinely influences decisions.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing monthly management accounts and meaningful commentary
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting as the business scales
• Producing cash flow reporting and analysis to support decision-making
• Supporting the year-end audit process
• Partnering with operational teams to provide commercial insight
• Helping to build, improve and streamline financial processes

What we’re looking for

• Part ACA / ACCA /CIMA qualified or QBE equivalent
• Experience using Xero, QuickBooks or Sage
• Background in SMEs or smaller, fast-moving businesses
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a dynamic, PE-backed environment
• Familiarity with audit processes
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with non-finance stakeholders
