You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring the smooth processing of client business and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing new business applications
• Managing client records and maintaining CRM systems
• Liaising with providers and clients
• Supporting advisers with valuations, reviews, and documentation
• Processing withdrawals, fund switches, and policy servicing
• Assisting with compliance and administrative tasks
• Ensuring high levels of accuracy and client service

About You

• Previous experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience using back-office systems and provider platforms
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
