Job Title: Valuation Manager

Location: Four Oaks

Salary: Competitive OTE starting at £40,000, with strong earners regularly achieving £50k+

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays

A multi-branch, award-winning, and well-established Estate Agency is seeking an ambitious and driven Valuation Manager to join one of their flagship branches. Key Responsibilities

• Generating and conducting market appraisals
• Registering applicants and assisting purchasers with viewings
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with sellers
• Providing regular and honest feedback throughout the sales process
• Supporting the progression of the sales pipeline
• Cross-selling and referring clients to other departments within the business

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year’s experience conducting valuations
• Strong understanding of core estate agency processes
• Proven ability to work toward and exceed targets
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to add value to a growing branch
