We are seeking a kind, enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary setting supporting children with autism and communication needs from September 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to build strong relationships and help children grow in confidence, independence and learning.

About the Role
  • Support pupils in small classes with individualised learning
  • Work closely with teachers and supportive colleagues
  • Help create a calm, structured and nurturing environment
  • Support learning, communication and daily routines
About You
  • Patient, caring and passionate about working with children
  • A positive team player with a hands-on approach
  • Experience in schools or with children is helpful, but not essential
  • An interest in SEND or autism is a plus — full support provided
