Property Manager – Northwest London Hybrid-Homebased.
Our clients are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic, and confident Property Manager to join its growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Hybrid/home based to look after a small exclusive portfolio in Northwest London.

The company is looking to further strengthen its property management department. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of skilled and experienced agents to ensure the effective management and successful letting of the company’s property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with landlords to ensure properties are managed professionally and efficiently.
  • Managing tenant enquiries and providing ongoing support throughout the tenancy.
  • Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance requirements.
  • Carrying out property inspections in line with tenancy obligations.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on ongoing campaigns across multiple channels to successfully let properties within the portfolio.
Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional and demonstrable property management skills.
  • A strong customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook and confidence using property management software.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
  • Be fully aware of current lettings legislation.

Although the role is mainly home based you will need to live in the NW3 area To be considered for the role.
