Due to company growth, we are looking for a Clerical Assistant - Client Services to join the team.

Primary Purpose of Role

To support the delivery of excellent service to both Richburns and its customers by working as part of the Client Services team. You will assist the Office Operations Manager, help coordinate services for clients, and provide essential support to field-based agents. The role is based in our Romford office within a growing team that operates across varied working hours to deliver a full range of services.

You will also contribute to achieving both management and client-led KPIs, ensuring targets are met across all key activities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily team tasks, including importing and exporting client files into the CRM system (Utility Manager).
  • Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Review and quality-check field agent results before sending them to clients.
  • Handle queries from field agents, clients, and third-party suppliers such as locksmiths, dog handlers, and engineers.
  • Keep field agents updated with essential information, including warrant-stage instructions.
  • Provide reliable cover during staff absences to maintain consistent service levels.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, field agents, and external suppliers.
