L&D Admin Assistant - Temporary ContractLocation: Remote, with 1-2 days' training in Bedfordshire
Contract: Temporary, 4-6 weeks
Salary: £32,000-£35,000 (hourly paid)
We are seeking an experienced HR/L&D Admin Assistant to support a busy Learning & Development function on a temporary basis for 4-6 weeks.
This is a remote role, although you must be able to attend Bedfordshire for 1-2 days of initial training. The role is due to start as soon as possible, so candidates must be available at short notice.
As the L&D Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the L&D inbox, responding to employee queries, coordinating bookings, and supporting the smooth delivery of internal learning events.
Key responsibilities include: - Managing the L&D inbox and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Answering employee queries relating to training, learning events, bookings, and general L&D processes
- Booking employees onto training sessions, workshops, and events
- Maintaining accurate records and updating relevant systems
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure training arrangements run smoothly
- Providing general administrative support across the HR and L&D function
The successful candidate will have: - Previous experience in an HR Generalist, L&D, or HR/Learning Administration role
- Strong administrative and inbox management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple queries at once
- Confidence dealing with employees and internal stakeholders
- Availability to start ASAP and commit to a 4-6 week temporary assignment
- Ability to attend Bedfordshire for 1-2 days' training
