Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser to join a well-established Financial Planning firm based in the Newark-on-Trent area.

The role involves taking on a small allocated client bank, with additional opportunity for new business development and enquiry-led opportunities. The successful candidate will also benefit from strong professional connections through linked solicitors, providing access to an established referral network.

You will be working with a client base made up of mass affluent, high-net-worth, and some ultra-high-net-worth individuals, delivering both face-to-face and Teams-based holistic financial advice. The firm operates a supportive structure with paraplanning, administration, and compliance assistance provided.

This opportunity is open to both experienced Financial Advisers and individuals with 2+ years of financial advice experience. There is also potential to support the development and growth of a team under the successful candidate in the future.

Basic salary £40,000 – £80,000 (negotiable dependent on qualifications and experience)

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience as a Financial Adviser or 2+ years in a regulated advice role

Ability to manage and service an existing client bank

Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

Experience delivering holistic financial planning (pensions, investments, retirement planning, etc.)

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)

Driven, proactive approach to new business development
