Senior Catastrophe / Exposure Management Analyst
Location: London
Type: Permanent
Department: Exposure Management
A leading London Market insurer is seeking a Senior Catastrophe / Exposure Management Analyst to join its specialist Non-Natural Catastrophe team. This is a key role supporting the development, reporting, and oversight of exposure across several fast-evolving classes, with a particular focus on delivering high-quality exposure reporting for Cyber, Liability, Political Violence, and Terrorism portfolios.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will act as a lead analyst for Non-Nat Cat reporting, taking ownership of portfolio analytics, monthly reporting cycles, and the continual enhancement of exposure management processes. You will develop and refine analytical techniques for non-natural catastrophe classes, ensuring exposure metrics are accurately captured, validated, and communicated to both underwriting and senior stakeholders.
A core part of the role involves producing monthly class reports, supporting roll-ups for internal and external submissions, and responding to underwriting requests for granular risk insights. You will present results, explain portfolio movements, ensure data completeness, and obtain sign-off for key exposure metrics used across the business.
You will also support wider governance requirements, contribute to process automation, and assist with ad hoc projects such as model reviews, tool development, and event response.
