AI Instructor 

The Role

A fast-growing learning consultancy — trusted by some of the world's biggest brands — is looking for an experienced AI Instructor to join a flagship corporate upskilling programme.

You'll be delivering AI training directly to senior leaders and C-Suite executives at one of the UK's leading media and telecoms organisations. This is high-visibility, high-impact delivery — not a standard classroom gig.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging, interactive AI training to C-Suite and senior leadership audiences
• Running a mix of face-to-face workshops and live virtual webinars
• Adapting content to suit executive-level learners — commercially aware, time-pressured, and results-focused
• Bringing real-world AI application to life, not just theory
• Collaborating with the wider learning team to ensure content lands and sticks

Who We're Looking For

This role suits someone who's comfortable in the room when the stakes are high. You'll need:

• Proven experience delivering AI training in a corporate or enterprise environment
• Confidence facilitating to senior or exec-level audiences (board-level experience a strong plus)
• Solid, up-to-date knowledge across AI — tools, applications, strategy, and the business case for adoption
• Strong virtual facilitation skills — webinars aren't an afterthought here
• An engaging, credible delivery style that cuts through without dumbing down
• Instructional design awareness is a bonus — though delivery is the priority

The Setup

• Hybrid delivery — blend of face-to-face sessions and webinars
• Freelance / contract engagement
• Working with a client that includes household names: Google, Amazon, HSBC, NHS, BT Group
