Join our client team as a Lecturer in Business, specialising in Accountancy & Finance, and contribute to our thriving Further Education setting in West London. This role involves teaching across Level 2 to Level 5 programmes, including AAT full-time courses and Apprenticeships, as well as vocational Business programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about shaping the future of students in the business and finance sectors.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Teach Business, Finance, and Accountancy subjects across Levels 2–5.
• Deliver AAT programmes, both full-time courses and Apprenticeships.
• Engage learners effectively to achieve high retention and achievement rates.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of vocational and professional Business programmes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Business or a related subject, or a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, ACA).
• Experience teaching within Further Education or as a training provider.
• Strong learner engagement and classroom management skills.
• Previous industry experience within business, finance, or accountancy is highly advantageous.
