 The Role:

• Own the full bid lifecycle – pipeline to submission to review
• Lead bid/no-bid decisions with insight, data and commercial judgement
• Drive best-practice governance, compliance and consistency
• Monitor procurement portals and identify strategic opportunities
• Coordinate kick-off meetings, timelines, inputs and stakeholder accountability
• Create persuasive, tailored bid responses across the business
• Manage PQQs, ITTs, presentations and portal submissions
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Design and Leadership teams
• Build, evolve and control a central bid library
• Ensure bids are clear, compelling, compliant and client-focused
• Embed ESG, sustainability and social value messaging
• Analyse outcomes, feedback and win-rates to drive improvement

• Ideally 2+ years in a bid, tender or proposal role (service-led environment preferred)
• Bid writing experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills essential
• Experience with tender platforms / CRM systems
