Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of our valued client, based in Ashford. This Customer Service Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

About the Role:

• Managing daily customer service operations within the recycling sector, handling service enquiries, collections, and account requests
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, drivers, and internal operational teams
• Maintaining accurate service records, compliance documentation, and customer databases
• Supporting wider teams through scheduling, reporting, and coordination of collection routes
• Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times, resolving issues efficiently

About You:

• Previous experience in a customer service, coordination, or contact centre role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and customer management systems
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK

Salary & Working Pattern:

• Salary: £24,500 – £28,000 per annum
• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Occasional flexibility required during peak operational periods
