In this role, they will manage cost reduction initiatives and ensure program deliverables are met, while overseeing engineering, maintenance, and storeroom operations in line with health and safety standards. They will also work with customer stakeholders to resolve issues, drive cost savings, manage projects to deadlines, and report on performance through regular communication.

This role would suit Area Manager or similar, with a background in manufacturing who is looking to join a company that offers specialist training and a clear path for career progression.

The Role:

• Deliver cost reduction initiatives, driving Total Cost of Ownership through efficiency, rationalisation, and quality improvements.
• Manage engineering, maintenance, and storeroom operations, ensuring best practice and H&S compliance.
• Lead projects to meet programme deliverables, timelines, and performance targets.
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues and support continuous improvement. (Mon-Fri 8:30 to 9:30)

The Person:

• Area Manager and Manufacturing background or similar
• Commutable to Warrington
• Full UK driver's License
