London (Hybrid, 2 days in office) | Up to £85,000 plus benefits

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact analytics function within a fast-growing consumer business. You will lead analytical strategy across supply, operations, and marketing performance, helping shape how a major ecommerce brand scales its customer proposition and operational efficiency.

With a blend of marketplace sales and a thriving direct-to-consumer offering, they are focused on improving supply, fulfilment, and customer experience through data.

The Role


As Lead Marketing Analyst, you will:


* Drive analytics across supply, operations, and demand, supporting decisions around stock availability, supplier behaviour, fulfilment routes, and customer impact.
* Run A/B testing and experimentation to identify opportunities for operational and commercial optimisation.
* Deliver insights on cost efficiency, including postage, shipping, and fulfilment performance.
* Analyse the effectiveness of marketing and trading activity, feeding recommendations into senior stakeholders.
* Build dashboards, models, and reporting in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Tableau.
* Mentor at least one analyst and guide them through analytical project delivery.
* Play a key role in the broader change and transformation function, contributing to strategies that improve scalability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
* Work closely with senior leaders to translate complex analysis into clear, commercially relevant insight.

Your Skills and Experience


You will bring:
* Strong commercial experience in supply chain, operations, inventory, or marketing analytics within a fast-paced environment.
* Hands-on technical capability across SQL, Python, and modern BI or visualisation tools.
* Confidence designing and analysing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
* Experience mentoring or guiding analysts on project delivery.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for senior, non-technical audiences.
* A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and willingness to work flexibly across strategy, analysis, and execution.
* A customer-first mindset and comfort operating in an environment with ongoing change and evolving processes.
