Day-to-day of the role:

• Support learning within the classroom across the primary age range.
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce core subjects.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Support pupils during lunchtimes, playtimes, and school activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in a primary setting is desirable.
• Reliable, proactive, and confident approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
