They're completely open on how the 20-25 hours a week are worked. That could look like:

• Shorter days to fit around school runs - morning or afternoon; you choose!
• Three full days if you prefer a longer weekend
• Or a mixed pattern that suits your routine

This role isn't an afterthought - it's "the rock" of the business as the MD specified.

You're not just there to plug a gap but instead have full control of the day-to-day bookkeeping; there's no pressure to handle complex technical work - they have long-standing external accountants who are always on the other end of the phone and often pop into the business!

It's a great atmosphere and one in which you can feel like you're really part of the furniture - obviously life outside of work comes first but they want you to try and get as much out of this role for you as possible!

Role is available on a hybrid model however they do want you to be able to commit to a few days in the office a week - reason being, they want you to feel really included in the team - it's a close-knit team, 15-20 of them in the office and they want you to feel like you belong. But when you log off, you truly can switch off!
