As a HLTA, you will support the delivery of planned lessons, work with small groups and whole classes, and help pupils achieve their full potential. This Alton primary school offers variety, enrichment, and valuable experience in a supportive school environment.

Job role and responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Lead small group interventions and, at times, whole class teaching
• Support and engage pupils in their learning
• Maintain a positive and structured learning environment
• Adapt to different classroom needs
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Previous experience working within KS2
• DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Able to commute to Alton
