Working closely with the Retail Finance team, you will help deliver insight, improve reporting processes, and support strategic decision making across the business.

Description

  • Analysing complex billing, cash, and customer data to drive commercial insight
  • Supporting forecasting and reporting processes across the Retail Finance function
  • Producing dashboards, automated reports, and data visualisations using Power BI and Excel
  • Monitoring customer payment behaviours and debt collection performance
  • Supporting internal and external audits through detailed analysis and documentation
  • Responding to regulatory and industry data requests
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving continuous enhancement initiatives
  • Bench-marking debt collection performance against wider industry trends

Profile

  • Previous experience in a finance analyst or data-focused finance role
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Experience using data to influence business performance and decision-making
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and process improvement focus
