We’re recruiting for a Key Accounts Coordinator to join a busy, fast-paced environment in High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin or customer service experience looking for a varied, hands-on role.

The Role

• Coordinate bookings and support service delivery
• Liaise with customers, engineers, and internal teams
• Update systems, track jobs, and ensure SLAs are met
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Admin, coordination, or customer service experience
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good IT skills (Excel, Outlook, systems)
