This opportunity for a Real Estate Paralegal is with a leading team supporting energy and infrastructure clients on such matters as acquisition transactions, including the purchase and lease of sub-stations etc, as well as negotiating wayleaves, easements and related variations.

The Role:

• Managing a busy caseload of acquisition transactions
• Liaising with clients to obtain instructions
• Drafting acquisition documentation and negotiating terms
• Carrying out title reviews
• Assisting with file opening procedures
• Working with data rooms and online trackers
• Managing completions and post-completion matters

Your Experience:

• You will have experience working as a Real Estate Paralegal
• Experience managing a high-volume workload is essential
• Keen eye for detail and the ability to use your initiative
• Strong academic background
