Northampton Supply Teachers

September 2026 

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and experienced fully qualified teachers to work as supply teachers across a range of local Northampton primary schools.

We work alongside schools to provide them with short term and day to day supply across both KS1 and KS2, however you will be able to select roles which fit your experience and preference.

This role is fantastic for a teacher who wants more flexibility and less responsibility while still making a difference in the classroom.

We are looking for teachers who:

- have QTS and experience in a variety of classroom settings

- have a strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessments

- are able to adapt quickly and flexible in their teaching methods

- are able to follow plans for prepared lessons and adapt where necessary

- can work collaboratively with a teaching assistant

- create a safe and inclusive learning environment where all children feel safe and can make progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
