Principal Lawyer – Childcare

Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Working Pattern: Hybrid – office attendance required one day per week (Thursdays)

The Role

****** Council is seeking an experienced Principal Lawyer – Childcare to join its legal services team on a full-time basis. This is a senior role with managerial responsibilities, supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services in relation to childcare matters.

You will play a key role in providing expert legal advice, supervising staff where required, and ensuring the effective management of complex childcare cases in a local authority setting.
