- Designing and implementing a future-focused HR plan aligned with business objectives.
- Delivering high-quality HR support and people services across the organisation.
- Driving learning and development initiatives to build capability for both current and future business needs.
- Supporting a positive workplace culture and ensuring an excellent employee experience.
- Balancing operational HR responsibilities with strategic input and leadership support.
Requirements:
As an HR Business Partner, you will need…
- Be an experienced HR generalist with broad capability across all areas of HR.
- Have strong learning and development experience and a passion for people development.
- Be confident operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ideally have experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Be comfortable working closely with senior leadership teams and providing pragmatic, professional HR advice.
- Hold a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards this)
