Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage your own caseload of civil and commercial disputes including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, and general civil disputes.
  • Advise clients on a variety of litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client care and service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, ideally with 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE), though all levels will be considered.
  • Experience in handling a broad range of dispute resolution matters.
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to case management.
