The Role

As an Autism Support Expert, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ASD
• Implement structured routines and individual learning strategies
• Support communication using tools such as visual aids and PECS
• Help students develop social skills, emotional regulation, and independence
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver tailored support

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience supporting children or young people with Autism (ASD)
• Understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches
• A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Background in education, care, or support work (school-based experience desirable)
