Join a collaborative and ambitious team supporting the growth of referral partnerships within a modern, fast-growing conveyancing business.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated, relationship-driven Partnerships Associate to play a key part in building and nurturing relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers, helping to drive new business and support continued growth.

The business operates nationally and specialises in residential conveyancing, using technology and streamlined processes to improve the experience for clients and referral partners alike. Ongoing growth has created the need for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building long-term partnerships and working towards clear performance targets in a supportive, high-performing environment.

About the role
  • Build and manage relationships with referral partners, including estate agents and mortgage brokers
  • Make outbound calls to warm contacts who have previously worked with the business
  • Gather feedback and introduce partners to the referral process
  • Convert suitable contacts into active referrers and build a strong referral pipeline
  • Clearly explain services offered, including scope of work and expectations
  • Assess prospective partners for long-term suitability and alignment
  • Act as the main relationship manager, maintaining regular contact and handling queries or escalations
  • Monitor referral performance, lead flow and conversion rates
  • Work towards weekly and monthly targets

Salary
  • Basic salary of £28,000
  • On-target earnings of £38,000 in the first year
  • Commission expected to grow significantly as relationships mature after year one
