cer Financial are working alongside an innovative financial services firm, who are based in the City of London. They are seeking a HR & Payroll Associate to work with them on a permanent basis.

The responsibilities of the HR & Payroll Associate will include:

  1. Support employee onboarding and HR administration
  2. Maintain accurate HRIS records and updates
  3. Prepare HR reports and documentation
  4. Handle HR system queries and employee requests
  5. Assist with payroll processing and reconciliations
  6. Support benefits, compliance, and employment checks
  7. Produce HR correspondence and general admin support
  8. Coordinate joiner and leaver processes
  9. Escalate complex HR issues when needed
  10. Assist employees with payroll and HR queries

The successful candidate will have:

  1. Payroll experience, ideally in both Germany and the UK
  2. Experience using HRIS systems, preferably Sage People
