The Opportunity

This role will see you managing an established portfolio of clients, delivering a high-quality, personalised service while building strong, trusted relationships.

You will work closely with clients across the agricultural sector, providing tailored solutions and becoming a valued advisor within a specialist and rewarding market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients
  • Provide advice across a range of insurance products
  • Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless service
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

About You

  • A background in farming, agriculture, or a strong understanding of the rural sector is essential
  • Previous experience within insurance is advantageous, however this is not a deal breaker
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing workloads
  • A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within insurance

What’s on Offer

  • Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
  • Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break
