Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Company:

• Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (plus discretionary quarterly bonus based on individual performance)
• Location: Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day remote)
• Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch)

About the Role

Are you highly organised, tech-savvy, and ready to be at the heart of a rapidly growing business? We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to act as the right-hand person to our three Co-Founders. You will be a fundamental part of our daily operations, helping to run and coordinate a variety of exciting projects across our client's digital company 

This is not a strictly routine role; it requires a proactive, dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow alongside the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly alongside the three Co-Founders to assist in the daily management and execution of varied digital marketing projects.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms to streamline workflows, generate ideas, and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and marketing materials.
• Track project progress, organise data, and maintain spreadsheets to keep the team aligned on key deliverables.
• Act as a central point of communication between the founders and the wider team.

Requirements

• AI-Savvy: You must have a strong interest in and working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Tech Proficiency: Highly competent in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Word.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personality: Adaptable, highly organised, and genuinely up for the challenge of a dynamic, quickly growing business.
