RG Consultancy are working with an excellent, well-established and growing manufacturer based in Lytham who are looking to add an experienced Management Accountant to their team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager and Financial Director, this Management Accountant role will play a key part in the business decision making by providing accurate financial reporting and detailed analysis.

There are upcoming expansion projects and system implementations and experience within construction and ERP change would be an advantage. This role would be ideal for someone who is looking for development into Finance Manager in the near future as the group have growth plans in motion and expect this role to grow alongside them.

Duties include:

• Delivering monthly management accounts
• Preparing month end journals
• P&L analysis
• Managing VAT returns
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintaining fixed asset register
• Sales reporting and analysis
• Supporting purchase and sales ledger
• Assisting with year end audit
• Assisting with annual budgeting and forecasting

This Management Accountant role will work closely with the senior leadership and is a great opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their career to develop within management accounts. They are also able to support study and development as this role will be ideally placed to progress into a Senior Finance Manager in the near future.
