Clinic Receptionist | Central London | £15.00 per hour

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-end clinic renowned for its exceptional treatments and premium client experience. You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.

As the face of the clinic, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless, five-star experience to every client.

Clinic Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact, welcoming clients with professionalism and warmth
• Managing calls, enquiries, and bookings in both Arabic and English
• Coordinating the clinic diary and ensuring efficient appointment scheduling
• Maintaining a pristine front-of-house and reception area
• Supporting clinicians with client flow and documentation
• Processing payments and updating client records accurately
• Promoting treatments, products, and services confidently
• Managing client communication channels, including WhatsApp
• Liaising with the wider team, including the Edinburgh clinic, to ensure smooth operations

• 4-week rolling rota
• Monday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
• Friday & Sunday: Off
• 2 weekends off per month
• Includes late evenings on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
