Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Location: South - West London, Hybrid (3 days per week in Office, 2 days WFH)
Hours: Full time

Management Accountant

The Role

As Management Accountant, you'll support the business in understanding performance, planning for the future, and driving commercial decision-making. You'll deliver high-quality financial reporting, insightful analysis, and forecasts while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver month-end close activities for key business areas
• Produce accurate and timely P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
• Analyse financial results, identifying trends, risks, and variances
• Reconcile relevant balance sheet accounts

• Support the annual budgeting and bi-annual reforecast processes
• Partner with stakeholders to build and consolidate budgets
• Prepare forecasts and scenario modelling to support decision-making

• Conduct cost reviews to identify efficiencies and improve profitability
• Monitor performance against KPIs and support performance improvements

• Partner with teams across the business, including operations, technology, and marketing
• Provide insights that influence strategy and improve commercial outcomes

• Engage with external auditors during the year-end audit

Person Specification

• Qualified Accountant
• Experience within a commercial or internal finance environment
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data
• Proactive, collaborative, and confident working with stakeholders
• Eager to learn, develop, and make a meaningful impact
• Permanent right to work in the UK
