Client Details


A well-established cnot-for-profit organisation based in Rugby is seeking an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join them on an initial 3 month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend or transition into a permanent role.

This is a hands-on role supporting the organisation during a period of change, with a strong focus on payroll processing and HR systems administration.


Description


  • End-to-end payroll processing
  • Managing and maintaining HRIS and employee data
  • Supporting managers with system inputs and payroll changes
  • Reviewing and checking payroll and HR data for accuracy
  • Assisting with payroll and HR system updates and implementation
  • Handling basic HR queries including:
    • Annual leave
    • Maternity and paternity
    • HR policies
    • Recruitment administration


Profile


  • Strong, hands-on payroll experience
  • Confident user of HR systems / HRIS
  • Experience working with iTrent and/or MHR (highly desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence handling data
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities


Job Offer


  • Up to £22 per hour on a fixed-term contract
  • Full-time hours (35 per week) with hybrid working (1 day on-site)
