The Opportunity

We are looking for a Primary PPA Teacher to join our
dedicated and skilled team. This role offers both full-time
and part-time
options and is perfect for someone who wants
to make a meaningful impact, every single day.

You will teach across primary classes (Y1–Y6) providing high-quality
PPA cover, delivering engaging lessons, and building strong, positive
relationships with some of the most vulnerable pupils in Kent.

Our pupils have EHCPs for SEMH
needs
, often alongside ASD and moderate
learning difficulties. Many join us after being out of school for some
time — but with the right support, our pupils re-engage,
rebuild confidence, and learn to thrive.

What We’re Looking For

A Primary Teacher who:

  • Is creative, resilient, and child-centred
  • Has strong behaviour management rooted in
    relationships, not punishment
  • Can deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Is reflective, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Wants to work in a therapeutic, multi-agency environment
  • Brings warmth, empathy, consistency, and high expectations

Experience in SEMH/SEND is desirable, but passion
and the right mindset are even more important — full training is provided.

  • Delivering inspiring lessons across different primary classes
  • Supporting pupils with SEMH, ASD, and complex needs
  • Working closely with support staff, therapists, and the wider team
  • Using restorative and trauma-informed approaches
  • Helping pupils rebuild trust in adults, school, and learning
  • Contributing to a positive, safe, and nurturing environment
