Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
• Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on a range of property law matters.
• Work closely with clients to ensure a smooth transaction process, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
• Participate in business development activities to help grow the client base and firm’s reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in residential conveyancing.
• Experience in managing a full caseload of property transactions independently.
• Excellent client service skills and the ability to handle complex cases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to work effectively within a team.
• Interest in expanding into agricultural law and commercial property is advantageous.
