At CAP, we’re partnering on a fantastic opportunity for a talented Bids Manager to join a dynamic, evolving professional services environment. This is a role for someone who thrives on bringing structure, creativity, and commercial thinking to complex bids and proposals.

You’ll be at the heart of the sales function, leading competitive tenders, crafting compelling narratives, and working closely with senior leaders to define winning strategies. From managing end-to-end RFP processes to coaching presentations and refining bid approaches, your impact will be visible and valued.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and delivering high-quality bids, RFIs, and RFPs
• Shaping win themes and proposal strategy
• Writing persuasive, standout content
• Managing stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership
• Driving continuous improvement in bid processes and materials

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in bid/proposal management (professional services preferred)
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent writing ability with a commercial edge
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with the confidence to influence
