Your new role

As a Temporary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house service. This is a busy and varied role where you will manage a high volume of enquiries while supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.
Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Managing a busy reception desk
• Handling general enquiries in a professional manner
• Providing ad hoc administrative support

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within a reception or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, friendly and approachable manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Available to start immediately
