What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Managing agreed property sales through to successful completion
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers to achieve best outcomes
- Liaising with vendors, buyers and key stakeholders including solicitors and mortgage advisors
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales process
- Providing regular updates, feedback and progression reports to all parties
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring internal systems are consistently updated

- Previous estate agency sales experience essential
- Strong negotiation skills and proven sales ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, proactive and self-motivated approach
- High level of customer service skills
- Ability to manage and progress multiple transactions
- Knowledge of the local East Sussex property market preferred
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
